Yes. Every deposit and withdrawal processed through UPI, Paytm or PhonePe is subject to these Terms & Conditions from the moment the transaction is initiated. Your payment provider's own terms apply alongside ours and are not replaced by this agreement.

Access to the platform and certain account features depends on local law in your state or territory. Where state law restricts or prohibits such services, those clauses of these terms that relate to access become inapplicable to you; all other clauses remain in full force.
